As Joseph is reunited with his father Jacob, he secures Pharaoh’s favor and settles his family in the land of Goshen. As famine spreads across Egypt and beyond, people everywhere trade whatever they have just to survive. God remains faithful to His promises to Abraham and his descendants, using Joseph to provide a place of refuge in Goshen—preserving the people of Israel through famine and preparing them for what lies ahead.

Betrayal is hard, but when we choose to see from God’s perspective and walk in forgiveness, we discover that blessing awaits on the other side.

Through Jesus, we can experience the Great Exchange—where brokenness is replaced with hope, isolation with community, and doubt with faith. He makes it possible to step into a brand new life!
